Our Care Solutions package is a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ for Care Managers in Wales designed to help organisational decision-makers implement ongoing training plans for their entire Care workforce. With over 10 years experience in the Care industry, Educ8 knows what it takes to be successful in a sector that is growing and changing, incredibly quickly. Our Head of Care Solutions will spend time with you to understand your organisational objectives, any barriers or limitations that are preventing you from achieving your goals and the culture and ethos in which your organisation and workforce operate.

A Training Needs Analysis will identify any skills shortages that need to be addressed and together you can agree a long-term Care training plan that will help you realise your ambitions, retain your staff and build a strong reputation for yourself and your organisation. Furthermore, we can advise you of any changes in policy or legislation that may affect your organisation and the way it operates in the future.

Many decision-makers are unaware of the funding that is available to support you in developing your workforce. Part of the Care training package will involve assessing your eligibility for these funding streams which could help subsidise your training.
