In September 2008 Educ8 secured an exclusive partnership with a global training organisation Priority Management who have over 60 offices located globally. On 19th September Priority Management was launched to a select number of employers at the Bryn Meadows Golf Club and Spa. This business opportunity gives Priority Management Wales & West the exclusive rights to deliver these programmes and workshops throughout Wales and West.

The Priority Management suite of Programmes include;

• Working Sm@art
• Project Management
• Customer Service Breakthroughs
• Selling and Negotiating Skills

The launch was supported by International Programme Director John White who had travelled from New York to be at the launch.

Chief Executive, Colin Tucker said "the need for workload management can be highlighted by the deluge of e-mails that now threaten to engulf us all and the need to have a system that allows us to effectively manage our workload and this is becoming increasingly more difficult in the age of the information revolution. What Working Smart provides us with is a total workload management solution that integrates communications, tasks, activities and planning to improve individual, team and organisational performance and savings of 45 minutes in individual staff time."

Colin continued by saying "this can be achieved by greater utilisation of your computer software such as Microsoft Windows Outlook, Lotus Notes and Group Wise, there is no requirement for the investment in additional software this investment has already been made by the purchase of this software. What Working Smart does is to create and facilitate behavioral change in staff by changing their attitudes and development of soft skills. Allowing staff to focus on the achievement of key organisationl goals thorough the improvement of individual and team performance."

The Working Smart programme is delivered through a 1 day workshop followed up a coaching session within the work place that provides those who have attended the workshops with additional support if necessary and ensuring the development of soft skills along and behavioural changes.

The workshop dates for the Working Programme are the 22nd October 2008 and 19th November 2008.

Workshops can be provided for both open participation or company specific.
