What Working Smart provides us with is a total workload management solution that integrates communications, tasks, activities and planning to improve individual, team and organisational performance and savings of 45 minutes in individual staff time."
Colin continued by saying "this can be achieved by greater utilisation of your computer software such as Microsoft Windows Outlook, Lotus Notes and Group Wise, there is no requirement for the investment in additional software this investment has already been made by the purchase of this software. What Working Smart does is to create and facilitate behavioral change in staff by changing their attitudes and development of soft skills. Allowing staff to focus on the achievement of key organisationl goals thorough the improvement of individual and team performance."
The Working Smart programme is delivered through a 1 day workshop followed up a coaching session within the work place that provides those who have attended the workshops with additional support if necessary and ensuring the development of soft skills along and behavioural changes.
