Skillbuild Administrator
Purpose: To co-ordinate and effectively manage the administration processes for the efficient delivery and co-ordination of all training activity taking place in Educ8 Skills Academy.

1. Quality
- Prepare, analyse, and verify reports, learning materials and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliancy with company procedures
- Update and maintain the Maytas database for monitoring learner activities, progress and achievements
- Conduct regular audits on learner packs and documentation as required
- Assist in the preparation and development of training materials
- Ensure all actions arising from pack audits are completed accurately and by agreed timescales
2. General Office Duties
- Assist with the general housekeeping of the Skills Academy
- Follow the rota to ensure that the Academy is locked securely in the evenings
- Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies
- Manage and control Petty Cash for the Academy
- Monitor Health and Safety within the Academy
- Organise and administer team meetings including agendas and minutes
3. Administration/Co-ordination Duties.
- Ensure efficient completion of all programme paperwork
- Co-ordinate all relevant paperwork to approved organisations and partners
- Update and maintain company monitoring database
- Liaise with programme tutors and external trainers ensuring all courses are resourced appropriately
- Assist with planning of timetables and room availability
- Monitor learner registration and certifications
- Monitor and manage learner absenteeism ensuring all reporting processes are adhered to
- Maintain an effective spreadsheet of learner expenses and timely submission to Head of Finance
4 General Responsibilities

- Liaise with learners within the training centre to ensure absence and attendance records are updated and monitored.
- Manage communication within the training centre.
