Educ8 is an aspirational, unique and dynamic training organisation with committed and dedicated staff all with a passion for training and developing others.

Educ8 Training has emerged as a leading provider of training to the Childcare and Health and Social Care sectors within Wales. The business was established in 2004 evolving as a subsidiary of CCA Residential Homes Ltd, a large residential care organisation providing highly specialised support for people with Learning Disabilities and / or Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Previously known as ‘Phoenix Training’, Educ8 now employs 25 staff and works with over 100 employers throughout Wales. Educ8 is committed to providing high quality training and have the experience and expertise to tailor training to meet our customer needs.
