Educ8 ranked 2nd best company to work for in Wales!

A report from Best Companies has highlighted Educ8 Group as the second best employer in Wales, recognising its efforts in terms of employee engagement, corporate social responsibility and transparent leadership.

Best Companies is an organisation dedicated to analysing, reviewing and compiling data on businesses throughout the UK, using an in-depth scoring system based on real-life employee feedback to create ranked lists. The categories studied include ‘Leadership’, ‘Giving Something Back’, ‘Personal Growth’ and ‘Wellbeing’.

Educ8 received a maximum 3-star report and accreditation from Best Companies, only coming in behind construction giant Willmott Dixon in the overall rankings for Wales.

The Best Companies scoring system is also used to generate the Sunday Times’ “Top 100 Small Companies To Work For” list, which ranked Educ8 6thin the UK and handed CEO, Grant Santos, the Leader Of The Year Award.

Tracey O’Neill, Head of Business Improvement at Educ8 Group, commented: “Naturally we’re immensely proud of this achievement. We work hard to make sure our staff are well looked after, empowered to enact change and suitably motivated – if they enjoy their work we know that will have a positive impact on how they treat our clients and learners.”
