Martyn Williams joins Educ8 as Vocational Skills Ambassador
Educ8 Group is delighted to welcome a new member to its team – Wales and Lions rugby legend and experienced Business Consultant, Martyn Williams (MBE).
Known for his TV rugby punditry, and once the nation’s most-capped forward, Martyn is also a skilled businessman who retrained in financial services to ensure a productive career post-rugby. As such he’s a keen advocate of developing new skills at any age, and therefore the perfect choice to represent Educ8 Group and help the business to have a positive impact on people and their communities.
Working as Vocational Skills Ambassador, Martyn will work to promote Educ8’s fully-funded workplace learning courses as well as the company’s core values of Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Positivity.
The appointment was announced today (27/06/19) at Educ8’s Tredomen Gateway headquarters, with Martyn taking time out to meet with the board and staff as well as filming a short interview which we look forward to publishing in the near future.
Martyn comments: “Becoming an ambassador for Educ8 means a huge amount to me. When I met the Educ8 board I was blown away with the strength of their values and I can massively relate to the culture of the business. I know the sort of people Educ8 is looking to help, adding value to their lives and the community. I’ve always been proud to be a team player and living my life along the same values as Educ8 such as honesty, integrity and hard work.”
Look out for future events and announcements regarding Martyn’s involvement with the Edcu8 team.
