Our City and Guilds Advice and Guidance Diploma (Level 4) Qualification is a direct follow-on course for those who’ve already achieved a Level 3 diploma in Health & Social Care, and is also suitable for:
- Housing Officers
- Development Workers
- Support Workers
- Senior Support Workers
- Project Workers
- HR Officers
- Job Coaches
- Union Reps
In other words – anyone who has a personal caseload of clients working in the third sector, local authority, charities etc.
The eligibility criteria includes (but is not limited to):
- Over 18 years
- Contracted 16 hours or over
- Manage a personal caseload
- Committed to completing some theory work
- Able to meet with their Trainer Coach 1.5 hours per month
The programme is funded by Welsh Government and part-funded by the European Social Fund. The expected timeframe to complete the course is 8 – 10 months and will leave you with your Level 4 Diploma and Apprenticeship in addition to Essential Skills: Communication Level 3; Application of Number Level 2; and Digital Literacy Level 2.
