What health and safety measures have Educ8 implemented since the Covid-19 outbreak?
Educ8 have implemented health and safety measures to ensure all staff and learners attending site are safe at all times.
If I do not attend a test will I be able to continue with my apprenticeship?
You will continue with teaching and learning with your trainer coach, however if you do not complete the test for essential skills within the allocated mitigated circumstances which C&G have provided you will revert back to original task and test.
I have arrived and no one is in reception, what shall I do?
If you are early wait in reception until the designated invigilator collects you from reception.
I have arrived late, what shall I do?
We aim to start all testing and case study sessions on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late contact your TC and inform them, your TC will then attempt to make contact with the designated invigilator.
I am due to attend a test and feel unwell, what should I do?
If you begin to display any symptoms of Covid-19 or feel unwell within the, 24 hours before the test session, please contact your trainer coach to discuss and re-book onto another test.
What do I need to bring with me to a case study/testing session?
Under the current pandemic we are unable to offer the use of stationary or provide refreshments we therefore request you bring your own pen and drink if you wish.
Can testing be carried out remotely?
Yes – Essential skills tests can be carried out remotely, please speak with your trainer coach if this is an option you are interested in.
Do I need to bring along ID.
Yes, you will be required to show photographic ID before sitting a case study or test.
When will I get my results?
All results are uploaded to your smart assessor account within 2 working days from the day you sat the test.
