With primary training centres in Caerphilly and Port Talbot, we have a strong commitment to improving the skills of the people and businesses in our communities and we have an extremely strong corporate social responsibility. We are passionate about helping people achieve things that they never thought were possible and we strive to help make South Wales a better place to live and do business.
We are currently operating some major employability projects funded by WCVA and Welsh Government including Active Inclusion Projects and the Jobs Growth Wales youth employment programme and we work with agencies such as Job Centre Plus, Careers Wales and Communities First by supporting their clients into employment.
