Important Learner Documents
For the convenience of our learners, we’ve pulled together links to some of the key resources and documents they can find useful:
Developed to provide learners with the basic information prior to starting one of our learning programmes, this handbook offers an overview of aspects which will come in handy later in the course, so you can refer back to them whenever you need to. Use this as a helpful first step towards getting a qualification with Educ8.
Understanding your learning style will help us develop a tailored Individual Learning Plan. Fill out the questionnaire and your assessor/tutor will discuss the results with you, providing a full explanation of how your learning programme will be tailored to suit your needs.
This guide is your helping hand to using Smart Assessor, your e-portfolio. It’s a quick tool to show you the key things you need to do in order to:
- build your portfolio of evidence
- check your progress
- find your learning plans and actions.
Use this form if you need to record an incident. It will serve as documentation which helps identify concerns as factually as possible (covering details on who/what/why/when) and track the follow up actions of the Safeguarding Officer, as well as the final outcome.
After finishing your learning programme, use this questionnaire to feedback on your experience. Tell us about the course you completed, and the opportunities to learn bilingually that you were provided with, as well as your learning experience and the support you received towards a healthy lifestyle.
We’d also like to know about other aspects of your learning experience, such as whether the course provided an understanding of equality and diversity, and a safe learning space free from harassment, amongst others.
