We are delighted to announce a new strategic partnership with Claire Farren from Farrens Training, which will focus on a ‘first of its kind’ qualification offering for Personal and Executive Assistants (PA/EAs). Our tailored Business Administration Apprenticeships are being showcased at both Level 3, for those new to the role, and Level 4, for those more experienced PA/EAs.
Historically, PA/EA qualifications have focused on an outdated view of the role, based upon how many words someone can type per minute for example, and we’re thrilled for Educ8 to be challenging and acknowledging the evolving role of the PA/EA and their strategic contribution to businesses across Wales. Farren’s have over 15 years’ experience working with businesses and supporting individuals develop / driving businesses forward successfully Claire Farren has said:
“The qualifications are truly a moment in time, this has been needed for years! There simply isn’t a programme with this depth to challenge the PA and EA role, to show the talent within the role, to development people in the role. Everyone has chosen the PA and EA role deserves to be recognised for their multitude of experience, skillset and strategic thinking…this programme is what every PA and EA has been waiting for!”
