Last week, Educ8 Training were proud to attend the Eisteddfod at the beautiful Margam Park for a vibrant celebration of Welsh culture, language, and community.
As passionate supporters of both education and heritage, we were thrilled to meet so many enthusiastic young people and discuss how they can unlock their potential through work-based apprenticeships.
Our ISA team brought skills to life with interactive tutorials in hair techniques, face painting, and a cutting edge VR experience that gave visitors a real taste of what it’s like to colour hair in a salon environment. It was hands-on, fun, and inspiring; perfect for sparking curiosity about future careers in hair and beauty.
Meanwhile, Educ8 staff entertained and educated with our popular spin to win game, where children tested their knowledge of all things Welsh for the chance to win prizes. It was a fantastic way to engage with our Welsh-speaking communities and celebrate our shared culture.
Emma McCutcheon, Quality Manager at Educ8 Group, said:
‘It was incredible to see so many young people inspired by hands-on learning. Events like the Eisteddfod are vital in connecting us with our Welsh-speaking communities and showcasing that high-quality apprenticeships are accessible in both English and Welsh. At Educ8, we’re committed to delivering exceptional training that reflects the culture and language of our learners.’
At Educ8, we are proud to champion the Welsh language across everything we do. We firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in their language of choice. That’s why we offer all our apprenticeships fully in Welsh, helping to strengthen both skills and national identity. Whether you’re a young person ready to take your first step into an apprenticeship or an employer looking to grow your team, you can do it all through the medium of Welsh with Educ8.
