The Educ8 Group was established in 2004 by Group Chairman, Colin Tucker, and provides Apprenticeship Programmes and training for customers across South Wales. Now employing nearly 300 staff the business is run by CEO, Grant Santos, with a strong values-first approach and a relentless focus on delivering quality educational and growth opportunities to the employers and learners that we work with.

The Educ8 Group has an unrivalled track record of delivering high quality vocational training programs, including Jobs Growth Wales Plus and ReAct for those who’ve been made redundant, traineeships and Apprenticeships, to employers of all sizes, from micro organisations, through to SME’s and global multi-nationals corporations.

Educ8 Training was established in 2004 by Chairman, Colin Tucker, to provide fully funded apprenticeship programmes and training across Wales. We are passionate about lifelong learning and are one of ten prime contract holders with Welsh Government, responsible for delivering fully funded apprenticeships.

Supporting learners and employers from SMEs to global multi-national organisations, our success has led to us growing considerably. We now employ nearly 300 staff.

We listen to the marketplace, making sure the apprenticeships we offer meet the needs of employers and learners. With the acquisition of ISA Training, Haddon Training and Aspire 2Be, Educ8 Training Group offers learning and training opportunities in Wales and across the UK.

For businesses, we guide you through every step – from advertising your apprenticeship vacancy to supporting your training and development needs to fill your skills gaps. If you’re a learner, you’ll benefit from our Estyn-recognised, blended learning model. This allows you to learn flexibly and fit your training around your home or work life. You’ll be supported by our industry expert trainer coaches on a one-to-one basis, to help you boost your career.

In 2022, in recognition of the commitment and hard work of our staff, we implemented an Employee Ownership Trust scheme. Our staff are now majority shareholders and collectively own 51 percent of the business – ensuring that our employees are always at the heart of our business.
