Gradu8 2025 at Llanerch Vineyard Hotel was nothing short of spectacular, a true celebration of our learners, their achievements, and the transformative power of apprenticeships.
Our graduating learners have shown incredible dedication and resilience throughout their journeys, balancing studies, work, and personal commitments to reach this milestone. Their hard work, determination, and talent are what Gradu8 is all about, and we couldn’t be prouder of each one of them.
Behind every learner’s success story are the employers who support and champion them. Their commitment plays a vital role in shaping skills, creating opportunities, and helping apprenticeships thrive. The encouragement and investment they provide make it possible for learners to succeed, and their contribution is central to every achievement we celebrated at Gradu8.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our headline sponsor, ITCS UK, for their ongoing commitment to supporting Gradu8. Our gratitude also goes to our supporting sponsors, Agored and RMS – Retail Merchandising Services, for helping make this year’s event such a success.
The day was filled with inspiration thanks to our speakers: Lisa Hicks from SNOAP, Brian Stokes from ITCS UK, and Lisa Mytton from NTFW, who shared motivating words with our learners and guests. We were also honoured to welcome Jack Sargeant MS: Minister for Culture, Skills and Social Partnership, who met with learners and celebrated their achievements alongside us.
Jude Holloway, Managing Director for Educ8 Training, summed it up perfectly:
“Gradu8 is more than a ceremony, it’s a celebration of ambition, resilience, and the opportunities that apprenticeships create. It showcases the life-changing impact they can have not only on individuals, but on families, businesses, and communities. We’re incredibly proud of our learners and grateful to the employers who support them. Their achievements are proof of what’s possible when talent is nurtured and ambition is encouraged.”
Here’s to another unforgettable Gradu8 and to the future successes of our learners. Bring on 2026!
