What is Educ8 Training?

Educ8 Training is one of Wales’ leading apprenticeship and training providers, delivering fully funded apprenticeships and vocational qualifications across a wide range of industries. What types of courses does Educ8 Training offer?

Educ8 Training offers apprenticeships and training programmes in areas including Digital Marketing, Leadership and Management, Health and Social Care, Childcare, Customer Service, Project Management, Hair and Beauty, Business Administration, Supporting Teaching and Learning, and more.
Courses are available at a range of levels depending on experience and career goals.

Are Educ8 Training apprenticeships funded?

Yes. Many of Educ8 Training’s apprenticeships are fully funded through Welsh Government funding, meaning there is no cost to the learner or employer for eligible programmes.

Who can apply for an apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships are available to anyone aged 16 or over living in Wales. There is no upper age limit, making apprenticeships a valuable option for school leavers, career changers, existing employees looking to upskill, and those returning to learning.

Do I need to already be employed to start an apprenticeship?

While some learners begin an apprenticeship through one of Educ8 Training’s apprenticeship vacancies, most learners complete an apprenticeship within their current job role as part of their professional development.

How long does an apprenticeship take?

The duration depends on the qualification and level being studied. Typically, Level 2 apprenticeships take around 12–18 months, while Level 3 and higher-level qualifications can take between 18–24 months.

Will I get paid as an apprentice?

If you are currently already in a role and want to use an apprenticeship to upskill, you will remain on the same wage and carry out your role as normal, meaning you can earn while you learn as you complete a course with this.
This also means you can apply your learning in real time, gaining practical workplace experience, and achieve nationally recognised qualifications. For employers, apprenticeships help develop workforce skills, improve retention, close skills gaps, and support long-term business growth.

How does Educ8 Training support learners?

Educ8 Training offers flexible, blended learning designed to fit around work and home life. Learners are supported by our friendly, experienced trainer coaches and have access to wellbeing and safeguarding support throughout their qualification.

Does Educ8 Training support employers?
