Apprenticeship Funding
Apprenticeships are at the heart of what we do.
As Wales’ leading apprenticeship provider, Educ8 Group supports employers and learners with government-funded apprenticeship programmes that combine practical workplace experience with nationally recognised qualifications. Apprenticeships provide an effective way for businesses to develop talent, improve staff retention and address skills gaps while giving individuals the opportunity to earn, learn and progress in their careers.
Funding is available across a wide range of sectors and qualification levels, supporting both new recruits and existing employees. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your workforce or begin a new career, our experienced team will help you understand the funding available and guide you through every step of the process.

Personal Learning Account (PLA)
The PLA is a Welsh Government initiative that helps eligible adults in Wales access fully funded training to gain new skills, progress within their current role or move into industries with growing demand.
PLA funding supports flexible, part-time learning, allowing individuals to develop professionally while balancing existing work and personal commitments. Eligible digital skills programmes are delivered by Aspire 2Be alongside specialist training delivered across the wider Educ8 Group.
ReAct+
ReAct+ supports adults in Wales who have recently been made redundant or are at risk of redundancy, providing funded training and employability support to help them move confidently into their next role.
The programme helps learners gain recognised qualifications, develop new skills and improve their employment prospects, supporting a successful return to work. Where appropriate, digital skills training is delivered by Aspire 2Be alongside specialist learning opportunities available across the group.
This allows learners to focus on developing their skills while employers benefit from a structured, supported approach to workforce development.
Flexible Skills Programme (FSP)
The FSP enables employers across Wales to invest in the skills of their workforce through Welsh Government support. The programme contributes towards the cost of accredited training, helping businesses improve productivity, respond to industry change and build a workforce equipped with the skills needed for long-term success.
Educ8 Group works closely with employers to identify suitable training opportunities that align with organisational objectives while making the most of the funding available. Where digital skills provision is required, programmes may be delivered by Aspire 2Be.
Employability Skills Programme
The Employability Skills Programme helps individuals across Wales who are currently unemployed develop the skills, confidence and qualifications needed to secure sustainable employment.
Delivered by Educ8 Training, the programme provides personalised support, accredited training and practical employability skills that prepare learners for the workplace while helping employers access a skilled and work-ready talent pool.
Whether you’re returning to work after time away from employment or looking for a fresh start, our team will support you throughout your learning journey.
