Studying our Level 3 combined knowledge and competency based qualification is perfect if you are taking your first step into line management or already have some responsibilities.
ILM Level 4 Management
15 Months
Level 4 is suitable for those moving into middle management. You will still have responsibility for operational processes but will be more removed from day to day line management.
ILM Level 5 Management

What happens after your ILM apprenticeship
Once you have completed your ILM Leadership and Management qualification, you will receive official certification and be invited to celebrate your achievement at Gradu8, Educ8 Training’s annual graduation ceremony. You can then use your new skills and qualification to progress into more senior leadership and management roles, take on greater responsibility or continue your professional development with further qualifications.

We offer qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5, so there are options for different levels of experience and responsibility.
Yes. Our apprenticeships are designed to fit around your existing job. You’ll continue working in your role while developing your leadership and management skills, with flexible online learning and regular support from your trainer coach.
The right level depends on your current role and experience. Level 2 is suitable for new team leaders, while Levels 3 and 4 are aimed at those developing their management responsibilities. Level 5 is designed for middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources.
You’ll develop practical skills in areas such as team leadership, managing performance, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, change management and developing effective working relationships. Your learning can be applied directly to your role and workplace.
Eligible Leadership and Management apprenticeships are fully funded through Welsh Government funding, meaning there is no training cost for eligible learners or employers.
Yes. Depending on your role and experience, you may be able to progress through the Leadership and Management levels, from Level 2 through to Level 5. Further qualifications in other areas may also be available to support your ongoing professional development.
